Jason Nunes
Delight Factor’s founder, Jason, has over two decades of experience designing pretty much every interactive thing you can think of, including TV, and mobile device interfaces, apps, games, websites, kiosks, desktop applications, and broadcast production tools. He’s worked in diverse creative leadership roles on cutting-edge projects across multiple industries including media and entertainment, ecommerce, fintech, education, museums and cultural institutions, enterprise software, and consumer products and electronics. Jason’s approach includes a combination of design thinking and human-centered research practices.
Jason is co-author of the book “Interactive Design - An Introduction to the Theory and Application of User-Centered Design”
Jason is the author of “F*CKUP Design” a workshop first presented at Interactive 14, about incorporating risk taking, and mistake making into the design process.
Jason is the author of “Design for the Dark Side” a presentation first presented at SxSW about the role of darkness in design.
Jason is the author of “The Psychology of Trust” a presentation for design students about the importance of trust in design, and how to incorporate it into design process.
Jason is the author of “Design Thinking for Dating” a workshop that applies design thinking process to making the dating experience more delightful.
